To best preserve the color, quality and lifespan of your Sock Candy socks, turn the socks inside out and wash in cold water on delicates cycle. We recommend putting the socks in a mesh laundry bag when machine washing.

Our socks will last longer if hang dried. If you must use the dryer for the cotton socks, please use the tumble dry low setting. Sheer socks should not be tumbled dried.

Avoid bleaching and ironing the socks.

One Size Fits Most.

For cotton socks: recommended for women’s US shoe size 5.5-10. Our cotton socks have enough stretch to fit up to size 11, but may be slightly off the heel.

For sheer socks, recommended for women’s US shoe size 5.5-10. Please keep in mind everyone's feet are different.

Our socks are designed in Los Angeles and proudly made in China, our Founder's home country. Every Sock Candy order comes with a custom pink and orange mailer box, tissue paper, and a gift message that can be mailed directly to the recipient. For example, if your order contains 3 pairs of socks, all 3 pairs will be put into one mailer box to be mailed to you/your recipient.

If you would like an individual mailer box per pair/recipient, please place separate orders so we know to separate the socks into individual boxes.

Please note our socks come directly in the pink and orange mailer box - this is a mailer box with the shipping label affixed to it, not a gift box within a mailing box. Thus for gifting, we recommend shipping directly to your recipient so they can enjoy the full experience of opening a Sock Candy package.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packing your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Sock Candy is not responsible for rerouting your packages and cannot refund your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back to us and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Once your order is processed and shipped out, standard USPS first-class mail shipping is 7-14 business days depending on region. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note some packages can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We cannot offer shipping refunds due to late arrival of packages - once packages are sent out delivery timing is out of our control. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Sock Candy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost in transit, we will assist you with filing a Help Request Form with USPS and/or Shipping Insurance claim.

Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50. 

We currently do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for international shipping. Sock Candy is NOT responsible for fees charged by customs or international taxes. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Sock Candy is a US based company and our socks are made in China. When an international order is placed and First Class Package International is selected as your shipping option, please note once the parcel leaves the US it is then transferred to your government's postal service. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made, LIMITED tracking information is available and any applicable customs fees or taxes is your responsibility.

We offer prepaid return labels for domestic orders within 10 days of when you receive your order. The socks and tights must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in new condition with its original packaging and tag intact. Please note if you have tried on the socks and tights or removed the tag, they are no longer eligible for return. A $4.75 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you send back items that do not meet the return requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return. If you would like the rejected return item back, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to be shipped back to you.

We cannot offer shipping refunds due to late arrival of packages - once packages are sent out delivery timing is out of our control and the responsibility of USPS.

For international orders, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returns.

As soon as we receive your merchandise, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to process. We are unable to offer free exchanges - please return your order and place a new order. 

We do not take responsibility for any lost packages during return shipping.

All socks purchased on sale are final.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet our stated requirements.
